Atsunori Inaba and Alex Ramirez hit two-run homers and the Yakult Swallows pounded out 11 hits for an 8-4 triumph over the Central League-leading Yomiuri Giants at the Tokyo Dome on Tuesday.
Yakult starter Shugo Fujii (5-1) held the Giants to one run on five hits over eight innings, but needed Shingo Takatsu to bail him out of a bases-loaded pinch with none out in the ninth inning for the win.
Takatsu notched his ninth save to end Yomiuri's four-game winning streak.
