Kyoto striker Teruaki Kurobe struck in the 55th minute to give J2 leader Purple Sanga a 2-1 come-from-behind win over rival Oita Trinita on Friday night at Kyoto's Nishikyogoku Stadium.
Trinita forward Takayuki Yoshida put the visitors ahead in the 26th minute. But Polish midfielder Piotr Sowisz scored an equalizer in the 38th minute off a pass from South Korean midfielder Park Ji Sung for Kyoto.
The other J2 games will be played Saturday.
