Are two heads better than one? Not, apparently, in Kawasaki.
J2 team Kawasaki Frontale is having problems with management coordination as it bids to return to the J. League's top division.
Frontale has former Gamba Osaka assistant manager Yoshiharu Horii as manager and Brazilian Pita, the former Nagoya Grampus Eight player and Sao Paulo manager, as his assistant. The club initially intended to hire Pita as manager but was "forced" to employ Horii at the helm and Pita as assistant because of J. League guidelines.
