Last year's money king, Shingo Katayama, produced a birdie-birdie finish Sunday to secure victory in the 100 million yen Token Corp. Cup, despite a 2-over-par 73 in the final round of the snow-affected season opener.
Katayama holed out on an 8-under-par total of 205 after recording three birdies and five bogeys over the par-71 Tado Country Club Nagoya layout for a two-stroke victory over tour veteran Tsuneyuki Nakajima, who carded a final-round 70.
