England's seven-a-side team will make its first appearance before Japanese rugby union fans when it comes to Tokyo for the Volkswagen Sevens, the seventh round of the World Sevens Series, on April 29-30 at Chichibunomiya Stadium, the Japan Rugby Football Union announced Monday in Tokyo.
The annual international tournament will also feature defending champion Fiji, New Zealand and host Japan.
Sixteen teams will be divided into four groups to compete in the preliminary round on April 29.
After three rounds of the nine-round series, Fiji currently leads on 48 points, followed by Australia and New Zealand on 44 points.
Tickets will go on sale from Feb. 24 at major ticket outlets.
