High-flying Canadian Jasey Jay Anderson claimed his second snowboarding World Cup victory in 24 hours Saturday as he won the men's parallel giant slalom in Sapporo.

Anderson, who also won his fourth straight snowboard cross title at the same Makomanai venue on Friday, edged out Sweden's Daniel Biveson in the final for the eighth World Cup victory of his career.

Switzerland's Steffi von Siebenthal won the women's parallel giant slalom, defeating Italian Margherita Parini in the final.
