Heavy snow in Sapporo caused practice to be abandoned Friday and has wreaked havoc with the schedule ahead of Saturday's World Cup ski jumping competition.
Practice will resume at 9 a.m. Saturday morning, followed by the preliminary round to decide the 15 qualifiers for the official two rounds of jumps, which will take place immediately afterward, organizers said.
