Toyota Motors advanced to the final of the National Company Rugby Union Championship after beating NEC 46-12 Sunday at Tokyo's Chichibunomiya Stadium.
Toyota, the winner of the title in 1999, will take on defending champion Kobe Steel on Jan. 21 at the same venue.
Kobe edged Suntory 41-38 thanks to winger Takafumi Hirao's injury-time try at Osaka's Hanazono Stadium in the other semifinal.
