When I'm in Japan, I always understand just how frustrating a round of golf can be for foreigners here.
A quick 18 holes normally takes all day. In fact, you can't have a quick 18 holes as you are invariably "required" to take an hour's lunch break between the front nine and the back nine. Some clubs even require you to wear a jacket in the restaurant.
