The Korean baseball season will go on after all.
On March 10, representatives from the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO), Korea Pro Baseball Players Association (KPBPA), and Ministry of Culture reached a compromise allowing the return of the remaining 20 union players to their teams without recrimination.
There are three major points decided on in the negotiations. The first was that there will be an 11-member committee set up to work out all remaining issues. It will be made up of one KBO official, two players, two representatives from the teams, three baseball related people (writers and announcers), and three additional people from citizen groups.
