For the past 20 years, Glenn Ennis has loved throwing his weight around the rugby pitch.
But after damaging nerves in his neck, having a knuckle and knee rebuilt, and recently being told he needs back surgery, the 193-cm, 109-kg Canadian and Suntory star has decided it's time to throw his weight around somewhere else.
"I've seen enough time on the field that it's certainly tough to get out of bed in the morning," Ennis said last week during an interview in Tokyo. "I will always be reminded that I played rugby. I just can't imagine ever having nothing hurting at any given time.
