ATLANTA -- Tennessee free safety Anthony Dorsett doesn't remember much about the first Super Bowl in which his father played. But he'll get to create his own memories when he starts for the Titans, who take on the St. Louis Rams here at the Georgia Dome on Sunday in Super Bowl XXXIV.
Dorsett will start in place of Marcus Robertson, who broke his ankle in the Titans' 33-14 rout of the Jacksonville Jaguars in the AFC Championship game last Sunday. That makes Dorsett and his pop, Hall of Fame running back Tony Dorsett, the first father-son combination to start in Super Bowl history. Tony Dorsett started for the Dallas Cowboys in Super Bowls XII and XIII.
"It's a great feeling," the son said Tuesday during a media session. "My dad's getting a lot of hype and I'm getting a lot of hype, so I think someone needs to give us a commercial or something."
