I'm just wondering why the Japanese government has not yet given us Filipinos a chance to enter Japan and work as caregivers. We have been kept waiting and are about to lose hope. We have graduated from a caregiver program and have studied the Japanese language through "level 4." We will enroll in "level 3" Japanese in November.
We are ready to pay the price for what we are hoping for. But until when? We are willing to work wholeheartedly as caregivers in Japan. Why must we suffer this wait until the Japanese government gives its approval? We appeal to people to speak up for us with their government. We want to help the Japanese elderly and, at the same time, help our families.
