The mayor of Lviv in western Ukraine has warned that the possibility of a Russian attack on Japan cannot be ruled out, given its history of invading neighboring countries.
"Who can guarantee that Russia will not attack again, including Japan?" Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi said in an interview on Monday.
Sadovyi said that Ukraine should not enter into a cease-fire with Russia, claiming that the country has broken all of its promises.
