Ukraine's government has submitted for debate in parliament an amended draft bill that would tighten the rules on army mobilization.
The bill, if passed, would allow Kyiv to call up more people and tighten punishments for draft dodging.
An earlier version of the bill drew criticism from some politicians and members of the public. It was rejected by lawmakers in parliament and sent back for changes to be made.
