On one peaceful fall day, a group of people in eye-catching outfits suddenly appeared in parks and at shrines in Tomakomai, Hokkaido. Some with blue or red hair in miniskirts, others in white cloaks or military uniforms with swords. They smiled and posed for photos with each other.
