Softbank Corp. plans to sell at least ¥50 billion ($629 million) in bonds next week, according to a source with direct knowledge of the matter.
Japan's third-largest mobile phone company will offer ¥10 billion in three-year bonds and about ¥30 billion in notes due in five years, said the source, asking not to be identified because the information is private.
