Nomura Holdings Inc. said Monday it received a license from Dubai's financial regulators to provide investment banking and capital markets services.
Nomura will offer investment banking and global markets services to clients across the Middle East and Africa, the brokerage said.
Nomura, which last year got a license in Saudi Arabia, said it is also in the process of obtaining a license from Qatar's financial regulators.
