About 300 people gathered for a charity lunch event Friday to help children in the Gaza Strip obtain medical supplies.
"Kids in Gaza need us. We want to send our help to Gaza," said Widad Slah, head of the Society of Wives of Arab Ambassadors and Heads of Mission in Japan, which hosted the event held in Tokyo's Nagata-cho district.
The charity luncheon, titled "Save Children in Gaza Charity Lunch," attracted many attendees from embassies of various countries, and lawmakers.
