A trade fair to promote imports from Bangladesh will be held for four days starting Monday in Tokyo to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations, according to organizers.

At the fair, organized jointly by the Japan External Trade Organization and the Export Promotion Bureau of Bangladesh, various products in six categories — apparels, jute products, leather products, home-textile, ceramic and handicraft — will be displayed by 30 Bangladeshi companies and five Japanese firms.

The venue is on the 5th floor of JETRO's headquarters at Ark Mori Building in Tokyo's Akasaka. The fair will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (from 2 p.m. on the opening day). Admission is free.
