Vodafone K.K. said Tuesday it will add seven countries to its international roaming service Jan. 19, expanding its mobile-phone network to 137 countries and regions.
The new service areas for its third-generation mobile phones are Bhutan, Zambia, Cameroon, Algeria, Anguilla, Saint Christopher and Nevis, and the Faeroe Islands.
Vodafone will have business alliances with a total of 188 telecommunications operators for its global roaming-service network.
