Kanebo Ltd. said Tuesday it will sell its two realty business subsidiaries Kanebo Real Estate Ltd. and Kanebo Holiday to Osaka-based realty developer Inter Planet Co.
Kanebo, which is rebuilding itself with the help of the Industrial Revitalization Corp. of Japan, said it has reached a basic agreement with Inter Planet to sell all of its shares in the two companies to the Osaka company at the end of January.
