Pentax Corp. said Wednesday it has agreed with Samsung Techwin Co. of South Korea to jointly develop digital single-lens reflex cameras.
The two companies plan to release a digital lens-interchangeable SLR camera for less than 200,000 yen under their separate brands in fall 2006, Pentax said.
