A former North Korean agent on an international wanted list taught the Korean language and North Korean philosophy to two Japanese abducted to the country in the late 1970s, sources said.
Sin Guang Su, 76, was in charge of educating Megumi Yokota and Hitomi Soga at a guest house in Pyongyang, the sources said Wednesday.
Sin served as their teacher for about two years from around August 1978, when Soga was abducted to North Korea, they said.
