A 15-year-old youth was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of murdering his parents at their home in Itabashi Ward, Tokyo, this week, police said.
The parents were found dead Monday afternoon after an explosion at their apartment.
The name of the teen, a high school student, is being withheld because he is a minor. He had been missing since being absent from school Monday, the day the slayings took place.
