Families of citizens kidnapped by North Korea say they are being harassed by the public after they angrily accused Tokyo of failing to win enough concessions in last week's summit between the two countries.
The families claim they are getting hundreds of phone calls and e-mails, criticizing them for saying Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi did not get enough information from North Korean leader Kim Jong Il about missing abductees.
