Ajinomoto Co. said Wednesday its new factory in Thailand has begun producing nucleotide seasonings, used to add flavor to monosodium glutamate.
The factory, run by Ajinomoto Co. (Thailand), will produce 3,000 tons of nucleotides for sale in the global market, Ajinomoto said.
The new factory is Ajinomoto's fourth for seasoning production in Thailand.
