The economy did not grow as much in the July-September quarter as initially reported.
It grew a real 0.3 percent in the period from the previous quarter, down substantially from the initially reported 0.6 percent expansion, the Cabinet Office said Tuesday.
The government blamed the downward revision on a slowdown of growth in capital investment.
