Four people who were indicted Thursday on a charge of wiretapping a journalist were served fresh arrest warrants later in the day for allegedly bugging the phones of another journalist in Tokyo.
The four are Kazuhiro Nakagawa, 42, a former employee of consumer loan giant Takefuji Corp.; Kazuo Shigemura, 57, the owner of private detective agency Ark Yokohama Detective Office; and two employees of the detective agency -- Nobuyuki Ichikawa, 36, and Katsushi Hashimoto, 33.
They are suspected of conspiring to wiretap the office phones of freelance journalist Shoji Takao, 57, between January and February 2001.
