Internet investor Softbank Corp. said Wednesday its broadband business unit, Softbank BB Corp., will absorb four of its telecommunications service subsidiaries March 10 to streamline the Softbank group's operations.
The subsidiaries are DTH Marketing Corp., Tokyo Metallic Communications Corp., Nagoya Metallic Communications Corp. and Osaka Metallic Communications Corp.
The four companies will be dissolved after the merger, Softbank said.
