A new kind of plastic surgery that requires no scalpels or stitches and can be performed in mere minutes is becoming increasingly popular -- particularly with young women -- due to the relative ease in obtaining treatment.
Patients can undergo what is known as petit plastic surgery during their lunch breaks. The results are said to be more effective than using cosmetics.
"I am quite satisfied because my longtime inferiority complex has been wiped out. None of my friends has noticed that I have undergone surgery, but everybody says I have become a bit more beautiful," said a 28-year-old female office worker who asked not to be identified. "I am so pleased."
