Japan Airlines Co. announced Wednesday a discount campaign between May 10 and May 14 that will allow customers to fly anywhere in Japan for 5,000 yen -- an average discount of 81 percent.
To be eligible for the discounts, which mark the company's 50th anniversary, customers will be obliged to buy an advance ticket between March 10 and March 25.
The company will also offer an average discount of 67 percent on certain days in April, May and June on Tokyo-Kyushu area routes, Osaka-Kyushu, Tokyo-Kyushu, Tokyo-Hokkaido and Tokyo-Okinawa.
The discounts will be available on April 25, May 1, 2, 15 and 25, and June 5, 15 and 25, the company said.
