The Industrial Bank of Japan and Yasuda Trust & Banking Co. said Friday they will link their automatic teller machines, free of charge to customers, starting Monday.
The tieup will enable customers of the two banks and of Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank and Fuji Bank, which in late September launched the Mizuho Financial Group with the IBJ, to use some 7,500 ATMs nationwide.
Customers will be able to withdraw cash free of charge at any of the four entities' ATMs between 8:45 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends, but a 105 yen transaction fee will be levied outside those hours.
