Fukuoka police are going mad over "bosozoku" biker gangs.
That's "MAD" with a capital M, A and D.
The prefectural force, together with a Yokohama-based company, has developed the so-called Motorcycle Arresting Device in an effort to crack down on Fukuoka's burgeoning bosozoku problem.
