An environment conference between Japan and Nordic countries, the first of its kind, will be held in November in Nagano, organizers announced Tuesday.
At the Nordic-Japan Environment Conference 2000, experts and organizations in the fields of recycling and renewable energy sources from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden will hold talks with their Japanese counterparts to discuss issues of common concern, they said.
The conference will be held at the Hotel Kokusai 21 on Nov. 14 and 15.
