Toyota Tsusho Corp., a trading-house arm of Toyota Motor Corp., said Tuesday it will absorb its real-estate subsidiary Kasho Fudosan on Nov. 1.

Kasho Fudosan has managed and maintained facilities for the welfare of employees of Kasho Co., another trading house that merged with Toyota Tsusho on April 1.

Following the merger, Kasho Fudosan will manage similar facilities of Toyota Tsusho and its affiliated companies.

The planned amalgamation is designed to bolster the business efficiency of the companies led by Toyota Tsusho.
