The sister of a 21-year-old woman who went missing in Tokyo nearly two weeks ago is working with the British Embassy and the Japanese police in an attempt to locate her sibling.
Lucie Blackman, a former British Airways flight attendant from the town of Sevenoaks in Kent, arrived in Japan with a friend in May on a tourist visa. Blackman and Louise Phillips, also 21, were working in the Casablanca hostess club in Tokyo's Roppongi entertainment district until Blackman disappeared on July 1 after telling Phillips that she was going for a drive to a beach with a client.
Phillips later reportedly received a phone call from a man speaking in broken English who told her she would never see her friend again.
