Philippine agents have seized 214 stacks of aluminum ingots reportedly stolen by pirates from a Japanese freighter sailing from Malaysia to Japan, government officials said Wednesday.

Tim Rejano told reporters that National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents are still looking for more ingots in the Philippines.

"We are focusing on two or more warehouses (where it is believed the aluminum ingots are being kept)," said Rejano, adding that the investigation is continuing.

He also said the NBI has yet to make any arrests.
