An exhibition of 71 photographs by foreign diplomats in Japan opened Thursday at the Printemps Department Store in Ginza, Tokyo, for a 10-day run through Oct. 16.
The exhibition, "My Favorite Spot in Japan -- Through Diplomats' Eyes," is the second in a series, following one last October.
This year's photos, selected from among more than 500 entries, are the works of 43 diplomats from 33 countries, including Pierre Gramegna, the ambassador of Luxembourg and chairman of the exhibitions's Executive Committee, and 12 other ambassadors.
