Hasan Rouhani, deputy head of Iran's legislature and secretary general of the country's Supreme National Security Council, plans to visit Japan next week, ministry sources said Monday.
Rouhani will begin the six-day visit on Monday and is expected to meet with Prime Minister Keizo Obuchi and other Japanese leaders.
