A five-day international conference to cover a wide range of topics related to biotechnology and life science will be held in Sendai, starting Sunday, with noted scholars and researchers attending from around the world.
The 11th International Conference on Cytochrome P450: Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology, to be held at the Sendai International Center until Sept. 2, is aimed at promoting exchanges of the latest information on studies of these areas.
The meeting follows the 3rd International Symposium on Molecular Steroidogenesis that opened in Nara Wednesday and runs through Saturday.
