The Posts and Telecommunications lucky prize-winning numbers for the 1999 New Year's greeting postcard lottery were announced Friday.
The first prize winning numbers are 056585 and 908220. The winners can choose one of five items — a digital video camera, wide-screen television, car navigation system, laptop computer with a digital camera or a washer and dryer.
Second-place prizes will go to those holding postcards with 56831 as the last five digits, a prize can be chosen from the following: a scale with a device to calculate body fat and a pedometer, digital camera, pocket-size electronic notebook, portable CD player, futon set or a series of six local food specialties.
Third prize will go to those holding the last four digits 0638 and 9393. They will be awarded a specialty food. Fourth prize goes to those with last two digit 74, 77 and 97. They will receive a special sheet of stamps illustrated with a hare, the Chinese zodiac symbol for 1999.
Winning postcards can be turned in at any post office until July 19, according to the ministry.
