The Tokyo Metropolitan Government will hold counseling sessions on everyday life problems this month and next month, with English and Chinese speaking staff for non-Japanese residents, officials said.Counseling for foreigners will cover such problems as status of residence, housing, marriage, education, medical and health care systems and labor issues. The sessions will be held Tuesday and Wednesday at Magnolia Hall on the first floor of the JR Tachikawa Station Building in Tachikawa, western Tokyo, and Nov. 18 and Nov. 19 at Yurakucho Asahi Square near JR Yurakucho Station.For more information, call the Citizens Consultation and Proposal Section of the metropolitan government at (03) 5320-7744. English-speaking staff will answer the call.
