It doesn't take a telecommunications or computer science background for an entrepreneur to start up a high-tech venture business, according to Toshio Ohno, president of Card Call Service Inc.
Ohno, 33, founded the on-line settlement service for credit cards in 1995. But it wasn't until he crossed paths with Yoshimi Baba, now a researcher and managing director of CCS, that Ohno's dream had a chance of success.
