Every day is a festival at this multivenue food hall that opened in the summer of 2020. It occupies the ground floor of Rayard Miyashita Park, a public-private partnership with Shibuya Ward and major real estate developer Mitsui Fudosan — an indication of the money to be made in keeping young diners and drinkers happy.
