The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka's Japanese restaurant Hanagatami reopened its doors to the public after completing renovations on March 4, welcoming guests on a new culinary journey.
Adding more variety to its offerings with its new sumibiyaki (barbecue) counter under the "Rich Food Culture of Osaka" theme, the restaurant is pleased to offer guests high-quality barbecue cooked over high-grade binchotan charcoal made from ubame oak.
At the sumibiyaki counter, guests can enjoy watching a wide range of ingredients expertly cooked over the coals. The menu includes seafood, pork, chicken and vegetables, offered together with 22 varieties of shochu distilled spirits.
