Five Foxes Co., a Japanese fashion house that works under the idea of blending Japanese tradition into modern fashion, is currently holding events to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Arita ceramics, a globally renowned traditional Japanese craft.
In tribute to Arita pottery, the company has produced clothes inspired by the ceramics and is displaying them in Tokyo and Osaka.
The company's women's lines — Artisan, Basile28 and Beta — are displaying dresses, necklaces, shirts and pants with Arita ceramics-inspired designs from Wednesday, April 6, to Tuesday, April 12, on the third and fourth floors of the main building of Isetan's Shinjuku Store, the third floor of the Main Building of the Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi Main Store and the sixth floor of the Hankyu Umeda Main Store. Isetan and Mitsukoshi are both in Tokyo, while Hankyu Umeda is in Osaka.
