British organic cafe reopens in Tokyo
As the idea of organic products continue to gain popularity in Japan, various organic goods from food to cosmetics can be found on sale throughout the country.
The British organic cafe and shop Daylesford Organic's Japan branch in the Aoyama area of Tokyo reopened Sept. 1 after a renewal. The store sells certified organic items, which are also used in its dishes and baked goods. Many items are imported directly from Britain.
The restaurant has a new breakfast menu, including popular British dishes such as boiled eggs and soldiers, sticky toffee pudding and Bircher muesli. Breakfast is served between 8 and 11:30 a.m.
