The Tokyo Prince Hotel's open-air Beer Restaurant Garden Islands is open now until Sept. 28.
Just like last summer, Tokyoites will be required to conserve electricity, so the hotel's beer garden will be a place to retreat from the heat. The beer garden in Shiba Park has 1,000 seats and offers a barbecue with draft beer and other drinks in a lush, green environment, with great views of Tokyo Tower.
There are three barbecue menus to choose from: teppanyaki (iron-plate grill), seafood barbecue and amiyaki (mesh grill), starting from ¥4,000.
