The Hyatt Regency Kyoto is again offering its popular small-group cooking classes this year, through Nov. 21.
These classes were first started in 2008, and this is the fifth consecutive year that the hotel is holding them. The courses allow customers to experience cooking firsthand with the hotel's chefs in a homely atmosphere.
The head chefs from the restaurants Touzan, The Grill and Trattoria Sette, along with the hotel's pastry and bakery chefs, will be among those conducting classes, sharing professional techniques and unique ideas in a lively kitchen cooking setting.
